Causes of noise in two aspects, in terms of equipment: bearing failure, equipment imbalance, loose fastening screws, coupling connection does not meet the requirements, stator and rotor core rubbing; in electrical aspects: voltage imbalance, single-phase operation, winding has a break or breakdown fault, bad starting performance, bad acceleration performance, etc..
3, rely on the sense of smell to find the burnt smell, odor
Corn processing equipment motor overheating, burned windings, single-phase operation, winding failure, bearing failure, etc. will trigger these burnt smell.
4, rely on the sense of touch to feel the surface of the casing to find the motor temperature is too high and vibration phenomenon
Cause corn processing equipment motor vibration is: equipment load imbalance, the fastening parts have loose phenomenon, motor foundation strength is not enough, improper coupling connection, uneven air gap or mixed with debris, voltage imbalance, single-phase operation, winding failure, bearing failure, etc.
