The adjustment handle is fixed with the thrust shaft, the fixed handle and the locking nut are connected with the thrust shaft by threads, the right end face of the fixed handle is close to the left end face of the locking nut, and the locking nut is fixed with the bearing seat, the inner diameter of the said shell decreases gradually from the left to the right, and the height of the said blades decreases gradually from the left to the right.
