Screening effect of stone-ground flour machinery

In the production of stone-ground flour machinery, the screening process is of critical importance, directly impacting the quality of the final product. However, users often encounter situations where the quality of the final product fails to meet standards, with the majority of issues stemming from inadequate screening results. What should be done in such cases?

　　1. Ensure that the material in the stone-ground flour milling machinery is evenly distributed across the screen surface. If this is not the case, first verify the horizontal level of the screen body; then adjust the feed gate. The opening of the gate should generally be consistent, but can be adjusted based on the distribution of material across the screen width—smaller openings in areas with more material and larger openings in areas with less material. The incoming material must cover the entire length of the screen surface. If condition 2 is met, whether full-length coverage is achievable depends on the screen mesh configuration and airflow intensity.  

2. The airflow of the stone mill flour machine does not meet requirements. This may result in insufficient feed flow and overly sparse screen mesh in certain sections. Coarse wheat bran must cover the entire length of the screen surface; fine wheat bran and coarse wheat germ may not fully cover half of the screen surface at the tail end, which is common. In such cases, the corresponding air valve can be closed slightly. If the screen surface is fully covered but there is excessive material on the screen, inspect the screen mesh. Often, increasing the screen mesh tension can restore normal screen cleaning effectiveness; alternatively, the mesh density of a specific section can be reduced, or the flow rate can be appropriately decreased.
