Points to Note When Dismantling Flour Milling Equipment

发布时间:2025-10-22 点击次数:

During routine operation of flour processing equipment, personnel frequently encounter situations requiring disassembly, such as component replacement or internal cleaning. Given the multitude of parts within flour processing machinery, each differing in shape and size, numerous precautions must be observed during disassembly.

  1. Utilise appropriate tools during disassembly, avoiding forceful hammering or striking to prevent component damage or deformation. Clean surfaces of dirt and grease prior to disassembly, maintaining cleanliness throughout the process.

2. After removal, categorise parts based on material properties and precision requirements for organised storage. Disassemble only components essential to the flour milling equipment's operation, minimising unnecessary dismantling. Components designated as non-removable must not be disassembled.

  3. Disassembly should facilitate subsequent reassembly. To enhance efficiency and ensure correct assembly, meticulously record and mark component positions during disassembly.

4. Follow a logical sequence: proceed from accessories to main components, from exterior to interior. First disassemble the entire machine into sub-assemblies, then break these down into components, and finally into individual parts.
