How to resolve heat dissipation issues in wheat flour mills

发布时间:2026-04-22 点击次数:

In recent years, temperature fluctuations have been unusual, particularly in summer, when temperatures have been rising steadily. During production, wheat flour mills must maintain a constant temperature to ensure that the nutritional value of the finished product is not compromised; therefore, heat dissipation must be taken into account when installing the equipment. But how exactly should the heat dissipation issue for wheat flour mills be addressed?

  1. When manufacturing the machinery, wheat flour mill manufacturers can utilise wear-resistant materials that do not heat up easily. This not only helps control the machine’s temperature and fundamentally reduces heat generation but also minimises wear and tear, thereby extending the equipment’s service life.

2. When installing the wheat flour mill, ensure there is sufficient space within the workshop and that windows provide adequate ventilation to facilitate heat dissipation during operation.

  3. Particular attention must be paid to heat generation from the electric motor. Excessive dust and oil residue inside and outside the motor can hinder heat dissipation; therefore, dust and oil should be cleaned regularly during routine operations.

4. When the ambient temperature is excessively high, it is necessary to install cooling equipment. This should be adjusted appropriately based on the temperature of the wheat flour mill to facilitate cooling.
